How do I import a recipe from TikTok or Instagram?
  1. Copy the video URL from TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube
  2. Open BiteReel and tap the "+" button
  3. Paste the URL and tap "Import Recipe"
  4. Wait for our AI to process the video and extract the recipe
  5. Review and edit the recipe if needed, then save

Free users can import up to 10 recipes per month. Premium users have unlimited imports.

What's included in BiteReel Premium?
  • Unlimited recipe imports - No monthly limits
  • Nutritional information - Detailed nutrition facts for all recipes
  • Priority support - Faster response times
  • Early access - Get new features before free users

Premium subscription is managed through your Apple App Store account.

How do I cancel my subscription?
  1. Open the Settings app on your iPhone
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Find BiteReel Premium and tap it
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

Your premium features will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

Why isn't my recipe importing correctly?

Recipe import issues can happen for several reasons:

  • Video format: Some videos may not contain clear recipe instructions
  • Audio quality: Poor audio can affect our AI's ability to extract ingredients
  • Language: We currently support English recipes only
  • Platform restrictions: Some videos may have restricted access

If a recipe fails to import, you can manually edit the extracted information or try a different video.

How do I delete my account and data?
  1. Open BiteReel and go to Settings
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap "Delete Account"
  3. Confirm your decision in the popup
  4. All your recipes and data will be permanently deleted

This action cannot be undone. Make sure to export any recipes you want to keep before deleting your account.

Which video platforms are supported?

BiteReel currently supports recipe imports from:

  • TikTok - Recipe videos and cooking content
  • Instagram Reels - Coming soon
  • YouTube -Coming soon

We're working on adding support for more platforms. Contact us if you have requests!

Is my data secure and private?

Yes! We take privacy and security seriously:

  • All data is encrypted in transit and at rest
  • Your recipes are only visible to you
  • We don't sell or share your personal data
  • You can delete your account and data at any time
